"A three day WRAP training will be held on Tuesday through Thursday January 26 - 28, 2010 at Bon Secours (spiritual center, in Marriottsville, MD) for those consumers who are interested in becoming WRAP facilitators. There is room for 40 people in this training. Eighteen (18) will be eligible for the March WRAP Facilitator Training (which is a five day training that will enable consumers to co-facilitate WRAP classes, and potentially be paid for it after the give-back period). Priority is to members of the OOOMD Wellness & Recovery Centers, though others may be able to attend the training providing there is room and they are able to pay the associated fees for the class.

Please make it clear that this training is very specific to those who are committed to becoming facilitators and to adhering to the evidenced based best practices as part of the
OOOMD WRAP Outreach Project Standards of Excellence. Others are able to attend classes at the wellness and recovery centers for free throughout the state.

Cutoff for registration will be Tuesday January 19, 2010.
