CRAFTY BASTARDS! Sat June 28, noon trip

Silver Spring Drop-In Center presents a trip to Silver Spring’s Crafty Bastards Fair on Saturday June 28, 2008, at noon

Crafty Bastards is an all-day (10 a – 5 p), free-to-attend exhibition and sale of handmade arts and crafts that offers a one-of-a-kind shopping experience, food, entertainment, prizes, and more! We will meet at Silver Spring Drop-In Center by 12 noon

And EITHER:
1. WALK to Georgia and Thayer Avenues (mapquest says it’s about .8 of a mile) – it’s held on the grounds of Pyramid Atlantic (www.pyramidatlanticartcenter.org ), 8230 Georgia Ave., Silver Spring, MD 20910

2. DRIVE THERE, DEPENDING ON DRIVERS (that’s you!) (Park in garage on Wayne)

We will return back to SSDIC before 5 p, for those who want to return. SSDIC will CLOSE from 12 p to 2:50 pm, and will then reopen from 3 p to 5 p. Check with us the day of, in case of thunderstorms or bad forecasts.
